YUKI & MIWA A/W 11 PRESSDAY

In the end of November I was a good girl and was invited to the YUKI & MIWA pressday. Today it's the end of January, I am a bad girl and trying to post about it. This shouldn't be happening this way but unfortunately it is. When we just got to the event with my friend from STIMULATE IT and switched on the camera it said "Please change battery" or for a blogger "DSKTERIHDSAFD AAAAAARRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

After calming down about this misery we started taking photos with my phone but as lucky as I am a few days later my phone crashed and that was it. I then decided just to get one of the pieces I fell in love with and make an outfit post. You better don't want to know the story about this one either.
In the end I just decided to find the post of a fellow blogger and use her images for my post.

It was a lovely evening meeting the whole team of yuki and getting to know more about their brand identity. The unusual cuts and design are worth every penny & believe it or not you won't have to spend too many pennies :) Check out their items HERE and get yourself yuki-ed up! Finally 21!

The last year has been a year for itself. Not mine. Not anyone's. Just a year for itself. Turning 21 for me means not getting older but just seeing the time passing quicker day by day. I want to make this time worth remembering. That's the only goal I have set for me. As you can see by the pictures the location of my birthday party was no other then CIRQUE DU SOIR again. Please do not judge me. I promise I will go to some other places soon (maybe). I just want to thank all my girls one more time for being there for me whenever I need them. The best present you can receive not just for your birthday but in life!

I'm currently working on my personal website where I will be showcasing my work as a stylist. Having registered my domain there I thought it might be good to have my domain for my blog too. Going through the 24h waiting phase to get it working at the moment. Bare with me! :)

SOULMATES

When me and my curly angel :) used to live in Cambridge we both had dreams. Mine was to live in London asap and hers was to conquer New York. Manhatten right in front of her nose with all these beautiful lights at night and the skyline surrounded by blue sky during the day. She made her dream come true. The only problem by fulfilling it is her being thousands of miles away from me. I miss her.

CIRQUE DU SOIR

You lot are probably already bored to death to see the same location all over again but yes Cirque is just the place to be. Mondays and Wednesdays are my personal favourite days. As you can see I have a little new obsession with my lips :) Loving to wear black means you have to either wear accessoires or have bold make-up. So here we go again! This time black+white checked pattern.

IRIS VAN HERPEN X UNITED NUDE

Another collaboration of Iris Van Herpen & United Nude. In my opinion this time the approach looks much more organic then the times before and that's what IVH designs are usually about. We all know that the futuristic twist won't be missed out but isn't it a bit too much this time?

Finally I wore my bird outfit LOL I have been waiting for that day! Believe me there were many other shots where I have been pretending to fly (without any luck). Returning home is always a pleasure not only to be back together with my family and friends but also to find stuff that I left there. Found these Diesel boots which I had for about 5 years now and thought they would go well with the sweater. Here you go! I'm already back in London as my uni starts in a few days time. Kind of not ready for it.
